Karina's here!

Karina's here! And we have both started at university here in Auckland for the semester. Karina got into the music school and is still finalising her classes, but it should all be sorted soon. It's really amazing having her here! We went to the All Blacks game on Saturday night with Shelly which was awesome... except for the torrential downpour in the first 15 minutes that left us soaked! Good times!

Apartment

I moved! Karina will be here this time next week and on Sunday I moved into our apartment close to the university and the centre of Auckland. It's a really nice one bedroom place in a student apartment building (although I'm sure it will be even nicer once Karina is finished with it!).
We have been on holiday for a week or two now since exams finished and they hopefully went pretty well. Now I only have 12 months left! Last week I was back home in Nelson for a few days which was great and now I still have a few things to sort out for our place before Karina comes next Wednesday.
The next semester starts on the 16th. So far I'm only taking 3 papers; sport psychology, motor control and learning and research methods for psychology, though I'd like to take a research based paper in the sport science department as well.
The football is still going well and I'm enjoying it heaps! We are second in the league at the moment and aiming for a top two finish and promotion into the premier league. We have 8 games left and our next three are against the other three top teams, so we have a big couple of weeks coming up! Can't wait!
Better run, my old flatmate Marion and neighbour Liz are coming for dinner, good times!
